LipidParser

Parse a list of lipids into subclass notation, functional groups, and key side chains. Input should be a .csv file.

Installation

1. Clone repository

   • In the repository page click Code>Download ZIP
   • Extract in your desired LOCATION

2. Install Python (https://www.python.org/downloads/)

3. Open the command line and navigate to LOCATION

4. Run:

   pip3 install -r requirements.txt
   

5. Run:

   jupyter lab
   

6. In JupyterLab open "LOCATION/src/Lipid Parser.ipynb"

7. Click the play button to run.
