"Improve manifest" links are broken for alternative data sources

Related to #92 , the github link automatically generated for "improving metadata" in the frontend is broken when the entry comes from other repositories than the default one (gbdev/database). A mechanism needs to be put in place for the API to return the original git location of every entry to track where they come from
