phylonext-ws

A webservice that runs on top of the PyloNext pipeline. The webservice can be used as backend for the PhyloNext UI

Requirements

1. Install the PhyloNext pipeline by following the Installation instructions
2. Node >= v14.18.1
3. Clone this repository
4. Edit the config file to reflect your local environment

Run it

In the phylonext-ws dir: node server.js
