The CETAF registry aims to be the authority for all institutions and collection-level metadata in Europe.

We should implement a technical connection that allows the CETAF registry to be designated as the authoritative master source for entries. I understand from discussion at GB29 that the content activities are just starting up, but the Royal Belgian Institute of Natural Sciences would be a good source to use as a first implementation.

Once done, changes in CETAF would be reflected, and subsequent edits on GRSciColl would be disallowed.
