As suggested at pkiraly/qa-catalogue#341 (comment) referenced codelists should be allowed to have metadata such as title, url, date... In fact, a code lists can also be expressed as SKOS vocabulary. This is a breaking change in the specification. Suggested optional metadata key, in addition to mandatory key codes:

  • title with the name of the code lists
  • description with a short description of the code lists
  • url with a homepage URL of the code lists

Note that explicit codelists (inline) don't have metadata fields, this will only be a feature of referenced codelists!
