If there are many items, they should be sorted to some criteria that makes sense best. A possible ranking:

available - openaccess - no limitation
available - openaccess - limitation
available - remote - no limitation
available - remote - limitation
available - loan - no limitation
available - loan
available - presentation - no limitation
available - presentation
available - interloan - no limitation
available - interloan
