3D-analysis-mitochondria

Image J macro to identify mitochondria on Confocal z-stacks and carry out quantifications of volume and sphericity. Explanation of the code is given in comments within the file. Requires 3D ImageJ Suite (1) on ImageJ Fiji (2).
