[bootstrap] readme links not linking to slides #342

On the first section of the ReadMe, the first two links are broken. The Bootstrap 1 link should link to http://www.teaching-materials.org/bootstrap-hosting-github/bootstrap_1.html#/, and Boostrap 2 should link to http://www.teaching-materials.org/bootstrap-hosting-github/bootstrap_2.html#/

There should probably also be a general link to all of bootstrap (because it includes the exercises):
http://www.teaching-materials.org/bootstrap-hosting-github/#/1
