@darribas to re-draft, bringing it in line with the current state of Ch.2 (#24), then passed to either @sjsrey or @ljwolf for revision

First full pass of a draft is done over at #111. Once merged, this will need to be reviewed by either @sjsrey or @ljwolf

Also, to discuss between the three of us:

• what to do with what we currently call "Pixels to polygons". There might be conceptual scope to move it to Spatial Feature Engineering as it's more of a "transfer" method than a conversion.
• similar with "Tables as surface", which could also be seen as a "transfer" method, albeit very simple.
