Describe the bug
setup-miniconda appears to fail in CI, see for example https://github.com/gdsfactory/gplugins/actions/runs/6551649504/job/17793297902?pr=188

A corresponding issue on the action's repo is found at conda-incubator/setup-miniconda#292

Run code coverage tests in CI
