Update Packer template and instructions to run RACK box with Docker and VirtualBox the same way (forwarding local machine ports to RACK box). cli/README.md: Synchronize with RACK.wiki/RACK-CLI.md (fix markdownlint warnings). rack-box/Docker-Hub-README.md: Update docker run commands to use the same port forwarding ranges in all places. rack-box/GitHub-Release-README.md: Simplify instructions since we no longer have to switch the VM from NAT to bridged adapter or find the VM's IP address. rack-box/README.md: Update instructions on how to download files. rack-box/rack-box-virtualbox.json: Add commands to forward server ports from local machine to virtual machine so we can run RACK box with Docker and VirtualBox the same way.
