GeanyMacro: Macros Trigger stops working after quitting geany

This bug has existed for years... Just finally had enough.

Make a new macro. Works fine.
Close/Open Geany
Macro still there. Can edit re-record, change trigger key.
But nothing can make it actually trigger.
Have to delete and re-create

Ubuntu 22.04.3 with latest Geany an Pluging as of 2023-10-13
