Setting UPDATE_HOT_CORNERS = Side.BOTTOM takes no effect, the HotCorner doesn't move to the bottom of the screen.
Probably, the best solution is to divide the HotCorners feature into a separated extension, most of the time people want the HotCorners.

The hot corners feature has been moved to its own extension: gnome-shell-hotcorners. The bug isn't fixed yet.
