example "related models" not working

Just installed this example and executed "npm install mongodb-wrapper". When starting the app type error shows:
"Object {id:"...", "type":"box"} has no method 'things'. Location is supposed to be /confog/init.js. However, there is no such code.

It would be helpful to explain this example in more detail (e.g. //public/js/core/model) since the app has a slightly different file structure compared to what geddy generates.
