This is a test capsule to see how the integration of a GitHub repository and its Code Ocean mirror works.

The two main goals are:

to organise the directory of an RStudio project to be hosted on GitHub that matches the required directory structure of Code Ocean for enabling its "Reproducible Run" feature;

to test how to fetch commits and changes from the source GitHub repository (e.g., https://github.com/gederajeg/code-ocean-test-repo) to the corresponding Code Ocean capsule.
