Export time-series

I wonder how to extract a time-series from GEE as a data frame or even .csv? My current approach uses a single KML to extract a small polygon of Landsat data and loops over the days and is extremely slow. I’ve been running over 430 days for 3 hours now on one small area.

Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Maybe the geemap.zonal_statistics() function will solve your question.

You can convert an ImageCollection to Image using image = collection.toBands() and then use geemap.zonal_statistics() or geemap.extract_values_to_points to extract time series as a csv. Check out the two examples below:
