Extraction biophysical variables of vegetation using geemap and earth engine data

HELLO EVERYONE

is there anyone here know how to extract biophysical variables of vegetation( fAPAR, LAI) from image satellite like sentinel using earth engine data, i need it for my graduation project " building a model for phytomass estimation using remote sensing " or anything can help me to build this model

You need to build your own model and generate images representing biophysical variables. Building models is each researcher's job and is beyond the scope of geemap. Once you have the images, you can use geemap to extract pixel values or statistical information. See the examples below.
