I'm currently trying to enrich GLOBE Observer Landcover data with MODIS Landcover data using geemap. Colab Notebook: https://colab.research.google.com/drive/1tZ27RhZZHkGBfS9icJ7sPMe_qt36CRHD?usp=sharing I am able to map the two datasets on top of each other, but it seems like it is getting the following error when trying to extract the values to points: What could I be doing wrong in this scenario? Is the dataset too large? Or am I handling the MODIS data incorrectly? |

Hi, the problem is that there are values of -9999 in the latitude and longitude variables in the data frame. Another thing to consider is using
geemap.extract_values_to_points(lc, modislc, "out.csv")
can give you a memory limit error so you can split your data frame into fewer rows and get the final result.
