Add task tags

Thanks for the role - I've added tags to the tasks so the role can be run independently when used in conjunction with other roles

For my roles, I don't use tags in this way, but rather, on a playbook level, if you need a tag for a role, you can call it like so:

  roles:
    - name: geerlingguy.ntp
      tags: ['ntp']
