Presently: amharic/books/Literature/MezegebeFidel.doc is in Ge'ezNewA/B encoding.

Convert into UTF-8 and reapply the formatting.

Initial converted document and conversion utilities committed. This is an old issue that predates the ebooks repo (where it is more applicable).
