otherwise, "latest" resolves to 9.0.1

Fails with haskell/actions#55; and when I tried to install ghc-9.2 locally using ghcup, it failed with https://gitlab.haskell.org/ghc/ghc/-/issues/19734 instead. So I guess I have to wait for upstream fixes. |
