OSPO Compliant Project Description

The gematik Open Source Program Office (OSPO) strongly advises to
publish the 'README.md' description of each gematik owned
repository in a certain format and with certain content. This
change applies the changes to be compliant with these OSPO
guidelines.

Change details:
-'Gematik_Logo_Flag.png': Add the gematik logo to be integrated
 within README.md.
-'README.me':
 -Rename the file to uppercase for consistency reasons in other
  repos
 -Convert the textual content from German to English language.
 -Whitespace corrections for sake of consistency here and there
