This PR refines the ProbeSet RDF query by:

Optionally fetch dataset metadata during probeset fetch if provided.
Remove unnecessary extra gene metadata from the query.
Add extra keys to the Probeset's json-ld context for improved representation.
Refactor gene symbol handling and include references to the probeset.
