Hello,

The page http://geneontology.org/docs/submitting-go-annotations/

mentions the 'Gene Ontology Reference Collection' , but there is no link to what the 'Gene Ontology Reference Collection' is supposed to contain.
@kltm what would be the best page to link to, is it current.geneontology.org/metadata/gorefs/index.html ?

Thanks, Pascale

Wouldn't this link be more 'official'?
http://current.geneontology.org/metadata/gorefs/index.html

Thanks, Pascale

@pgaudet
https://github.com/geneontology/go-site/blob/master/metadata/gorefs/README.md is the "master" upstream data document. While it cannot be directly edited, it is in GH (and was the location I believe we agreed on for reference, for what it's worth).
http://current.geneontology.org/metadata/gorefs/README.md is an un-rendered data object that is part of a release as a convenience overview for the files in that directory (and that it just shlorped up with the rest of the metadata). There is also release and snapshot, all for different purposes.
As there are links that we expect users might want to click on, the GH location is probably still more appropriate here.
