I think that the ! is too subtle and too computer science geeky as a way to display the NOT qualifier in the graph, both for curators and especially if this view is displayed to users. Can we just display the word "NOT". In addition, in one of the two terms with a NOT qualifier, the ! is nearly hidden under the green box in the upper left corner.

@kltm - You've edited this issue to remove the portion about the lack of indication of the NOT qualifier in the form. However, I don't see that you've put that info in some other ticket. It's actually a bigger problem than the overly subtle display in the graph. Is there a tracker where I can put the form issue?
