Make mouse models: Cbl directly and through Grb2 (gomodel:6446bfcb00000319 and gomodel:6446bfcb00000544).
Tease out the role of Sh3kbp1. We may want to review this in Reactome too. It seems like the reaction is actually several steps??
Take a close look at the beginning and end of the pathways. It doesn't seem like all of the reactions here result in downregulation.
