The TG template "chemical_transmembrane_transport_mf" has a checkbox option for "ATPase activity, coupled to transmembrane movement of substances" that will yield terms named e.g. 'tungstate transmembrane-transporting ATPase activity'. This syntax is confusing and unclear and it was resolved to rename such terms to e.g. 'ATPase-coupled tungstate transmembrane transporter activity’. Could you please adjust TG accordingly, thanks.
