Hi there 👋

GeniePool makes thousands of NCBI's SRA exomes accessible.
Enter coordinate/s or gene symbol (e.g. 11:2159779-2161221, TP53...) for variants in the database.
You can then select samples by study for more information - phenotypes, if germline/somatic etc...
