change server.au3 dependency to use au3pm istead

currently this repo uses it's server code from another repo, available via au3pm.
au3pm should be used, to allow tracking of available updates to the server source code, and to prevent anyone making changes to the file in this repo, making a disconnect between the original library and this file, resulting in issue when updating from source.
