See RPubs doc for code to clean up and get clusters of nonclonal dogwoods around clonal. Results in this figure:

Sent along to Tom for comparison of environmental data for clones and nonclones. Additional followup steps including calculating actual distance between clone and corresponding nonclones, and metric for difference in clone and nonclone phenophases.
