Current Manifest data misses the information for ghc-7.4.2 making compilation impossible

We have switched to tiny-manifests feature recently (15 Jun).

Whan package manager you are using?
Seeing real error message would help a bit.

i'm using 2.1.11.2, but the problem just disappeared with a resync of the overlay a day later.
guess this can be closed, if I'm able to reproduce the error again, I will open another issue.
