GenVM generate Ubuntu VMs

• support generation of Ubuntu VM (tested from Precise (12.04 LTS), to Wily (15.10) in 32 and 64 bits)
• add README.md
• check existance of third party directory or script before starting GenVM
• possibility of using several third-party scripts or directories
• add a default PATH in chroot
• bug fixes
