Bluetooth otg mode

So i want to use scrcpy on a phone which screen doesn't work, but since it's locked it doesn't let the pc detect it for some reason, so i can't use the otg mode to unlock it, but since i already have the pc and phone vinculated through bluetooth is there any way to use that for the otg mode?
