If there is ISO 19110 Metadata, the dct_reference might look like this:
"http://www.isotc211.org/schemas/2005/gfc/":
"http://opengeometadata.stanford.edu/metadata/edu.stanford.purl/druid:qp493vs1757/iso19110.xml"

I'm not sure if an HTML view is necessary?
We've always supplied these into ISO XML but there might be a need for another reference type/URI if other formats are necessary. (FGDC, .csv)

Possibly some more customized XSLTs!!!

This was in reference to a copy of attribute labels and definitions (feature catalogs, codebooks, etc.). The ISO 19110 metadata contains these values in XML but it's not so human readable. I have an XML to HTML stylesheet that would work for this. Other codebook formats might be PDF or maybe .csv, I'm not sure how/if we would need to distinguish between codebook formats.
