Fix two typos that mention raster package instead of terra in chapters 1 to 7. A grep for mentions of the raster package in the repo returns more results, but I believe only these two are incorrect.

I noticed two incorrect mentions of the
rasterpackage instead ofterra. Both of these refer to the contents of the book, and I believe they are just typos. This pull request fixes them. I also checked for all mentions of**raster**in the first seven chapters usinggrepand read through the context to ensure the rest are correct.
