The wait is kind of annoying, so only configure the tests when it is actually needed.
- make WorldBuilder a status message, otherwise it appears when running "make setup_tests" - remove TEST_SUMMARY_AS_IMPORTANT logic and unconditionally output number of tests found. This also removes a rare spurious warning

Actually, who cares about the duplicated commit. It's just a different root point for the branch. |
