This pull request is to bring up merging D-Rex ++, an algorithm for simulating the microstructural evolution of deforming olivine aggregates. This plugin serves as an improvement over the existing LPO particle property plugin. While the code is still a work in progress, the structure of the plugin is ready to be tested and would appreciate it if others could have a look at it and let me if they run into more bugs than what is expected. Was not sure where to place the input file so added it as an attachment in .txt format.
Note: The model needs to be run under dry conditions, by setting the water amount to zero. This is because the variable introduced in parts of the code are derived from experiments carried out in dry conditions.
