Required Bash commands:
-----------------------
Install Tor:
$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install tor

Restart Tor:
$ sudo /etc/init.d/tor restart

Generate a hash:
$ tor --hash-password mypassword

Edit torrc file:
$ sudo nano /etc/tor/torrc
## uncomment these items and modify hash
ControlPort 9051
CookieAuthentication 1
HashedControlPassword 16:872860B76453A77D60CA2BB8C1A7042072093276A3D701AD684053EC4C

Restart:
$ sudo /etc/init.d/tor restart

Install privoxy router:
$ sudo apt-get install privoxy

Edit privoxy config:
$ sudo nano /etc/privoxy/config
forward-socks5 / localhost:9050 .

$ /etc/init.d/privoxy restart

$ sudo netstat -tulpan | grep "8118"
$ sudo netstat -tulpan | grep "9050"
$ sudo netstat -tulpan | grep "9051"

privoxy listens on 8118 and forwards to tor at 9050.
Tor also operates the control channel at 9051.

Set your browser to forward to 127.0.0.1:8118 for Tor browsing.

Running the application will launch selenium webdriver, and open a browser window to show your ip.
Inside of the application all network is sent through Tor. Your IP will rotate ten times:

$ sudo python3 setup.py
