Official SMASH Version 1.6.4

This release is mainly a bugfix release for the regression that broke Geopackage editing support.

Other changes:

• added a setting to enable/disable the use of google services for the location
• added a SKIP button for the coach markers
• first tests on unicode support for pdf export
