Significant changes to packaging

  • The geopm-service package no longer provides geopmread or geopmwrite
  • New package called libgeopmd-cli provides geopmread and geopmwrite
  • The geopm-service-devel RPM package is renamed libgeopmd-devel (the debian package is already named libgeopmd-dev)

TODO

  • The documentation for installing packages in the docs directory has not been updated to reflect these changes.
