create project logo

I think this has been discussed in the past, but it's high time to add a project logo. Proposals/ideas welcome!

See attached proposal..  having slept over it - maybe only the three letters GHC and the line should stay...

My proposal is along this line:

No letters yet, but would be good to have both a square icon optionally combined with letters as a full logo. In many cases like favicons etc a square transparent icon is needed.

this is how new webpage should look (black background did not play nice with transparent logo).
