After upgrading Docker Image to Jammy.

Looks similar to this issue: PatrikHlobil/Pandas-Bokeh#128.

We run geopandas-0.13.1 bokeh-3.1.1 geopandas-0.13.1 pandas-2.0.2 pandas-bokeh-0.5.5 (see Docker build.log)

Previous (2022) Workshop version had bokeh-2.4.3

In the Visualization chapter we also run Bokeh. There ok. Here the Pandas-Bokeh integration is IMO the cause of the problem. Also not clear to me why Bokeh is used here, as Visualization is a later chapter...
It is not easy to solve. I rather not downgrade packages. Maybe we can use some other way to show the analysis outcome.
