Currently when OWS endpoints are harvested, links are created (name, description, protocol, url) with the name being the identifier of the resource, which is created by pycsw.

As per geopython/MetaSearch#25 (comment), name should be updated to be the service resource name (Layer/FeatureType/Coverage, etc.). This will allow catalogue clients to bind directly to the resource without a 2 step CSW query or extra GetCapabilities workflow.
