Embed GEOS-only code within GCHP files gigc_chunk_mod and Chem_GridCo…

All GEOS-only code are within if defined( MODEL_GEOS ) C-preprocessor
conditionals. This update is in preparation for direct merging between
GEOS and GEOS-Chem shared files within the GCHP repository, and for
working towards maximizing code overlap.
