Updated AWS download script for 1-day of GC data (2017/07/01)

Added script download_20160701_geosfp_4x5_standard.sh, which will
download only the data that is needed to run a 1-day
geosfp_4x5_standard simulation.  This script was created by GCPy
routine gcpy.aws.s3_download_cmds_from_log() with minor edits.

NOTE: At present (GEOS-Chem 12.6.0), not all file names that are read
by GEOS-Chem are printed to the log file.  We will aim to fix this
in GEOS-Chem 12.6.1.  This is important because the Python code
needs to read the GEOS-Chem and HEMCO log files to find out which
files are being read.  See the following Github issues:
