Add MeMo soil absorption as default in CH4 simualations

CH4 soil uptake from the Soil Methanotrophy Model (MeMo v1.0) has been
implemented in HEMCO configuration files for CH4 simulations. These monthly
fields are now used by default over the soil absorption fields from
Fung et al. (1991). CH4 uptake fields are available for 1990-2009, but
climatology values are used by default (for CH4 simulations after 2009).
