Once /settoken is received, show the keyobard and then do not accept any other command other than /confirmtoken until it's confirmed, or timeout and go back to previous token and continue accepting commands as usual

won't do. it doesn't offer anything extra: as for security, the user could just /confirmtoken and then do whatever s/he wants, as for protecting against bad use... it won't protect anything after the user does /confirmtoken
