Hello,

I'm evaluating siglasso for our analysis pipeline, and I have followed the instructions to generate the mutational spectrum, and then ran the analysis.

However, unless there is some caveat I've missed when reading the documentation, the calculations are very slow. I ran siglasso on 83 samples from a 16Mbp capture panel (and with a low number of variants per sample) and it has now been running for more than 8 hours with no sign of completion in sight.

Is there anything one can do to either parallelize or speed up the computation?
