With a recent change, BBC iPlayer now has Adobe HDS streams available for on-demand content. Can get_iplayer support either providing the manifest file download command for AdobeHDS.php or wrapping the download into the script and tidying up afterwards?

Added Video Factory HD live TV, revamped HLS streams
6f81133 
- "hls" prefix now refers to Video Factory streams. Old HLS streams now
denoted by "hl" prefix.
- Removed old method of finding HLS live TV streams from HDS data.  Live
TV streams now derived from Video Factory data
- force "hls" prefix for audiodescribed versions (not in VF data)
- sort modes for --info display
- force ffmpeg -loglevel error for video
