When running a PVR list in the Web PVR Manager, the progress information for each programme isn't displayed until the entire programme has been downloaded. This only affects HLS streams (the default). As workaround to see if a download is progressing, simply check the size of the downloaded file in your output directory to ensure it is increasing.

Fixed delayed download progress display in Web PVR Manager

STDERR needs to be unbuffered so that the download progress display
isn't delayed for HLS streams.

Closes #270
